Part-time teachers are an essential part of the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges, playing a vital role in higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, such as irregular employment, lack of systematic training, imperfect teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system, weak incentive policy, high turnover, and poor stability.
