This paper explores the definition, current development, artistic expression, social impact, and future trends of dance video. Through narrative construction, visual impact, emotional resonance, technological innovation, and cultural expression, dance video enhances the narrative and visual appeal of dance. In the future, dance video will focus more on the integration of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies. However, it also faces challenges such as rapid technological updates, maintaining artistic originality, and balancing commercial interests.
