This article focuses on understanding the characteristics of young children’s emotions and the factors that affect their emotional management. Simultaneously, it proposes effective methods for families and kindergartens to jointly protect children’s emotional and mental health, providing a healthy and positive growth environment for preschool children, and jointly supporting their growth.
