C Programming Language, as a core course for computer science and related majors, plays a fundamental role in developing logical thinking, programming skills, and engineering practice. However, problems such as outdated content, weak practical connections, and single assessment methods still exist in current teaching, which affects both learning outcomes and students’ skill development. Based on the outcome-based education (OBE) approach and supported by AI-assisted teaching tools, this paper proposes a reform plan focusing on teaching content, instructional methods, and evaluation systems.
