Methods: The critical value management function was activated, and control management was inserted into the database through stored procedures. Views were created to push patient information via SMS platforms. Conclusion: Through optimization, the management process of critical values between the clinical laboratory and clinicians has been strengthened, preventing missed reporting and handling of critical values.
