Methods: Totally 92Â pregnant women who had Perinatal care card in Nanjing GeneralÂ Hospital of Nanjing Military Command were randomly dividedÂ into two groups. The pregnant women in the control groupÂ received routine health education, while the pregnant women whoÂ has 37 weeks of pregnancy in the experimental group receivedÂ antenatal Kegel exercise and motivational interviewingÂ intervention. The experimental group exercise 150-200 times everyÂ day. The incidence of SUI were measured after puerperaeÂ deliveried 42 days and 3 months.Â Results:Â The incidence of SUIÂ was much more lower in the experimental group; the significantÂ difference was found between the two groups. Conclusion:Â Antenatal Kegel exercise is more effective than routine healthÂ education on the prevention of postpartum stress urinaryÂ incontinence.</abstract><keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list/></back></article>
