Methods: 150 cases of senileÂ severe pneumonia were randomly divided into observation groupÂ and control group. 75 patients were distributed to each controlÂ group and observation group, the control group was applied withÂ conventional nursing intervention, observation group was appliedÂ with comprehensive nursing intervention, the two groups ofÂ clinical efficacy and quality of life and related care satisfactionÂ were compared.Â Results:Â The effective rate of treatment wasÂ 90.67% (68/75) in the observation group, which was significantlyÂ higher than that in the con-trol group (74.67%, 56/75), P&amp;lt;0.05; theÂ observation groupâ€™s body function and mood and role, socialÂ function (P&amp;lt;0.05) were significantly higher than that in the controlÂ group. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%Â (72/75), which was significantly higher than that of the controlÂ group (82.67%) (62/75), P&amp;lt;0.05.</abstract><keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list/></back></article>
