Menopausal women require more information about their physical and psychological needs. Women who constitute half of world population. Identification of awareness and practice of menopausal women about menopausal complications is important factor which realized the investigators to conduct a study to assess the effect of structured teaching programme on knowledge, attitude and practice of menopausal women regarding the prevention of cardiac disease and osteoporosis in selected health center of Kannur was given and data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics.
