Methods: 40 chemotherapy nurses were selected, 20 of them were included in the experimental group for evidence-based management, and the other 20 were included in the control group for routine management. Results: Compared with the control group, there were significantly fewer adverse nursing events in the experimental group, and P&amp;lt;0.05.
