In this paper, we report a case of severe asymptomatic QT interval prolongation secondary to antidepressants. Regular follow-up and electrocardiogram monitoring is crucial when applying antidepressants, especially for patients without cardiac symptoms. This article presents case studies and examines existing literature on long QT syndrome to enhance the diagnosis and management of QT interval prolongation.
