This article outlines the forms and risk factors associated with trauma, examines the connection between trauma-informed care (TIC) principles and trauma, and reviews the implementation methods and application outcomes of TIC in perinatal care. The aim is to provide a reference for healthcare professionals to advance research related to TIC in perinatal women.
