Methods: Cases of TBI patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery at Dezhou Second People’s Hospital from September 2015 to September 2021 were analyzed to examine the impact of electrolyte disturbances on patient prognosis and to establish a risk prediction model. Results: Patients with electrolyte disturbances had poorer prognoses, with serum sodium and serum calcium levels significantly affecting the outcomes of patients with traumatic brain injury.
