Methods: A total of 60 COPD patients treated in our department between June 2023 and June 2024 were randomly divided into control and observation groups. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received additional continuing care. Self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the observation group demonstrated higher self-care ability and quality of life scores compared to the control group (P &amp;lt; 0.05).
