Methods: The following individualized care strategies were implemented: preoperative psychological optimization using cognitive-behavioral counseling, modified bowel preparation, accelerated postoperative recovery through early ambulation and stepwise nutritional advancement, strict condition monitoring of the patient, multimodal step analgesia, early tube removal, integration of medical and nursing checkups, and nursing measures using traditional Chinese medicine. Results: The patient was discharged from the hospital smoothly after 8 days. A follow-up visit was conducted one-week post-discharge, during which the patient’s general condition was assessed as good, and no complications were reported.
