Elderly institutions are the main carrier of elderly services in China, and the demand for humanistic care among the elderly in elderly institutions is also getting higher and higher, but at present, the humanistic care ability of the nursing staff in China’s medical and nursing combined institutions is low. In recent years, the state vigorously promoted the development of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine nursing contains a wealth of humanistic ideas, which can provide another solution for the lack of humanistic care in healthcare institutions.
