A cohort of 62 adolescents was selected as research participants, with randomized allocation into either monotherapy (drug-only) or combination therapy (drugs + psychological intervention) groups. Key evaluation metrics included anxiety levels, clinical efficacy, and incidence of adverse reactions‌.
