This study aims to explore the synergistic therapeutic approach of integrating pharmacological treatment with psychological interventions, focusing on its positive impacts on symptom alleviation, quality-of-life enhancement, and clinical recovery in adolescent depression. A cohort of 62 adolescents was selected as research participants, with randomized allocation into either monotherapy (drug-only) or combination therapy (drugs + psychological intervention) groups.
