These threats can lead to developmental delay and cognitive impairment, affecting their future quality of life and social integration. Scientific health management, with nutritional intervention as a key part, is urgently needed. Nutritional intervention, through targeted supplementation and feeding guidance, can optimize their development, avoid nutritional-related deviations, reduce long-term disease risk, and lay a healthy growth foundation.
