These factors include shortages in nursing human resources, lack of management support, excessive workload, and differences in coping strategies. Based on this analysis, targeted human resource management strategies are proposed, covering aspects such as optimizing human resource allocation, leadership development and organizational support, humanized management practices, and competency development with supporting systems.
