PDNs are usually already widelyÂ available, the work focuses on the chip and interposerÂ PDN. The model has been used by an optimizer toÂ determine the optimum position of the decouplingÂ capacitors to be connected to the PDN.</abstract><keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list/></back></article>
