Coal mining is a highly dangerous industry. Therefore proper technology is needed to improve the quality and safety of coal mining. The application of 5G communication technology allowed for the development of intelligent coal mines with broad application prospects and research value. This article aims to thoroughly analyze the application of 5G communication technology in intelligent coal mines considering the practical context.
