This article takes Xi’an Mingde Institute of Technology (referred to as Mingde Institute) as the research subject and uses the literature review and field investigation to put forward relevant suggestions for the teaching facilities of Mingde Institute, in order to improve the teaching facilities of Mingde Institute.
