High-resolution water body mapping lets designers optimize routes to avoid ecologically sensitive areas, achieving environmental protection, cost efficiency, and enhanced operational safety. The methodology provides a scalable, replicable framework for intelligent obstacle avoidance in power grid development, applicable to other regions and sectors with similar planning needs.
<keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>National Bureau of Statistics, 2022, Statistical Communiqué of the People’s Republic of China on National Economic and Social Development in 2021, visited on October 23, 2024, https://www.stats.gov.cn/english/PressRelease/202202/t20220227_1827963.html</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B2" content-type="article"><label>2</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Qianzhan Intelligence Co Ltd, 2022, Report of Market Prospective and Investment Strategy Planning on China Distributed Energy Industry (2022–2027).
