Obviously, it undoubtedly brings new challenges to university governance. Based on this, this paper mainly conducts relevant analysis and research on the risks and countermeasures of AI empowering university governance. The purpose is to further promote the digital development of universities, thereby providing students with better education and management services, and hoping to offer some references for peers.
