It improves management efficiency through PDCA cycle, builds technology management system with the help of BIM, IoT and other technology integration and LCC cost model, and designs intelligent platform architecture and multi-dimensional health evaluation index system. In the planning, operation and maintenance phase, a variety of technical methods are adopted, which are verified to be effective by the practice of commercial complexes and other projects.
