It follows the theory of Social Space Building, Maslow's Theory of Demand, and the theory of Social Governance. It mainly explores rural constructing strategies on development and the life with clear governance integration, range, hierarchy and main function as well as completing the issues such as ecology, culture, industry, living environment and livelihood facilities.</abstract><keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list/></back></article>
