In the field of construction management, the application of intelligent technology is also increasingly extensive. Intelligent management methods can not only improve the efficiency and quality of construction projects but also reduce costs and waste of resources. This paper focuses on the intelligent application of construction project management methods in the new era. By analyzing the problems existing in the current construction management, the application of intelligent technology in every link of project management is expounded, including construction site management, material and equipment management, schedule control, quality supervision, and so on. At the same time, the paper also puts forward relevant suggestions on the popularization and application of intelligent management methods, which provides a reference for the innovative development of construction project management.
