Through practical observation and logical analysis, this article elaborates on the management connotations of large-scale machinery and equipment in highway construction, affirming its management value from different perspectives. On this basis, it carefully analyzes the problems existing in the management of large-scale machinery and equipment, providing a detailed interpretation of issues such as the weak foundation of the equipment management system and the disconnection between equipment selection and configuration from reality.
