This paper takes Haikou Qilou as a case study to delve into the practical approaches of cultural and creative design in telling Chinese stories under the context of digital media. By analyzing the cultural connotations and values of Haikou Qilou and combining the characteristics of digital media, this paper proposes practical strategies in areas such as creative exploration, design expression, and promotion.
