Methods: A total of 115 patients who underwent ophthalmological surgery between March and June 2023 were selected as the control group, receiving routine medication management. Another 115 patients who underwent ophthalmological surgery between July and October 2023 were selected as the observation group, receiving pharmaceutical care. The rationality of medication use, mastery of medication knowledge, medication compliance, and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group had higher rationality of medication use, higher scores for mastery of medication knowledge, higher medication compliance, and a lower adverse reaction rate compared to the control group (P &amp;lt; 0.05).
