By means of multivariate logistic regression analysis, the GSTM1 null genotype serves as a significant standalone risk factor for LSCC, in addition to variables like age, smoking history, emphysema, body mass index (BMI), albumin level, and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR).
