Research has found that although the rural revitalization strategy has achieved significant results in improving residents’ quality of life, promoting agricultural modernization, it still faces challenges such as severe loss of human resources, insufficient agricultural technological innovation, and backward infrastructure construction. In response to these challenges, this paper proposes optimization strategies from three aspects: strengthening rural education and talent team construction, promoting agricultural technology innovation and achievement transformation, and increasing investment in rural infrastructure construction.
