As a powerful driving force, digital transformation is profoundly changing the operation mode and management method of enterprise supply chains. Enterprises should seize this opportunity to continuously enhance supply chain resilience. Enhancing enterprise supply chain resilience based on digital transformation can not only improve the supply chain’s resistance and recovery capabilities, but also further enhance its innovation capability. This helps enterprises better respond to various unstable factors and provides protection for promoting the sustainable development of the supply chain.
