From the perspective of public management, this paper explores the current situation of cold chain logistics, and puts forward reasonable suggestions combined with the problems existing in the development of cold chain logistics, aiming to improve the service quality of cold chain logistics, better highlight the advantages of cold chain logistics, and provide suggestions for the development of the entire logistics industry.
