Therefore, how to formulate scientific and effective incentive measures to retain them has become an important topic to be overcome in modern enterprise human resource management. According to the problems of enterprises such as monotonous incentive methods, lack of objective performance evaluation systems, single incentive objects and lack of fairness and justice in measures.
