This paper clarifies the core connotations of digital economy and tourism industry resilience, analyzes the three-dimensional driving internal logic based on technology-enabled resource integration, real-time perception of market dynamics, and the emergence of new cultural and tourism formats, and elaborates on the four major driving mechanisms of policy, market, technology and society in response to the problems in the enhancement of tourism industry resilience. Finally, it proposes specific implementation paths, including consolidating digital infrastructure, deepening digital-real scenario integration, promoting regionally differentiated development, and building an intelligent emergency system, to inject digital economic impetus into the enhancement of tourism industry resilience.
