Entering the new era, college students are facing a brand new employment environment. To adapt to the changes in employment, colleges and universities should update the career planning education system promptly, enhance students’ employment competitiveness, and help students achieve high-quality employment. Based on this, this paper studies the construction strategies of the career planning education system in colleges and universities. The paper first analyzes the value of the construction of the career planning education system, and then expounds the main problems at present. On this basis, the paper puts forward specific strategies to help college students plan their careers scientifically and promote their good development.
