To promote the smooth implementation of the reform work, colleges and universities should be based on their own learning situation, combined with the characteristics of tourism management professionals, and actively explore the integration of production and education collaborative education mode, to improve the quality of tourism management professional teaching while providing ideas for professional talent training. This paper takes the function of the integration of production and education as the entry point to explore the existing problems and mode innovation strategies in the school-enterprise cooperative education of tourism management major, to improve the education level of this major and provide useful references for the teaching of front-line teachers.
