The introduction of new technologies, the automation and intelligent transformation of production processes, as well as the acceleration of product and service innovation, together constitute the power of reshaping the skill structure of the labor force. This paper aims to explore the key issues of the skills formation system of industrial workers in the digital age. Firstly, it analyzes the significance of the formation of industrial workers’ skills. Then, it deeply analyzes the problems existing in the process of the formation of industrial workers’ skills.
