Consequently, high-qualitymarine development has become a popular research topic. This paper presents a summary of the literature on the high-quality development of the marine economy at home and abroad, encompassing aspects like the definition, the influencing factors, the evaluation index system, the evaluation methods, and the development measures of high-quality development of the marine economy.
