Through questionnaire survey and data analysis, this paper comprehensively discusses the multi-dimensional impact of inequality in women’s employment and proposes feasible measures to reduce employment inequality from multiple perspectives. The impact of the current situation of women’s employment in society from two key dimensions of economy and sociology was analyzed.
