On this basis, the architecture and design principles of this public service model are analyzed in detail, covering data collection, processing flow, and the realization mechanism of personalized education services. The importance of service quality assurance, performance monitoring, and security and privacy protection is particularly emphasized, and a cost-benefit assessment is conducted.
