This study focused on investigating the status of coastal marine debris and microplastic pollution at two beaches in Qingdao. This study explored the types, sources, components, and spatiotemporal distribution of coastal marine debris and microplastics through field surveys, sample analysis, component identification, and mathematical statistics.
