Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation (n=19), the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of the indicators, and a final evaluation system was formed, which includes four dimensions of economy, technology, clinical adaptability, and full life cycle, as well as 25 secondary indicators. This system innovatively integrates multi-source evaluation theories and establishes a four-dimensional evaluation model covering technological breakthroughs, clinical value, cost control and risk management, providing a scientific decision-making tool for the substitution of domestic medical equipment for imported ones.</abstract><keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Zheng L Q, Yang K C, 2014, Why Study Consistency Instead of Effectiveness?.
