Good social emotional ability can not only help college students better adapt to college life but also improve their interpersonal communication, emotional management, self-awareness, and other abilities, laying the foundation for future career and life development. Therefore, colleges and universities need to cultivate college students’ social emotional abilities through relevant courses, to promote their all-round development.
