This article aims to explore the development models of cultural and tourism integration promoting rural revitalization at home and abroad, analyze their internal mechanisms and practical paths, and provide theoretical support for relevant policy-making and practices. By means of literature review, case analysis, and other methods, this article deeply studies the role of cultural and tourism integration in rural revitalization, the problems faced, and the solutions, and proposes a development model with cultural confidence, industrial integration, and high-quality development as the core.
