The traditional post-award management framework for scholarship recipients shows significant limitations, especially in dynamic monitoring and service standardization. To tackle these challenges, a restructured approach integrating three core digital components has been developed, including dynamic profiling models, intelligent alert systems, and personalized service matrices.
