Strengthening attention to food safety and quality control is not only the cornerstone of social harmonious development, but also the common expectation and pursuit of the people. With the deepening of the digital era, the rapid development of information technology provides new tools and means for food safety and quality control, and provides greater protection for people’s lives and health.
