As the core carrier of the digital transformation of coal enterprises, the multi-industry collaborative management platform can more effectively integrate industrial resources and break business barriers. In view of this, this paper analyzes the coal multi-industry collaborative management platform from the perspective of management science and puts forward corresponding strategies.
