It said that the issue of agriculture and farmers’ living is the key of Chinese national economic development and people's livelihood and should be Chinese top priority to deal with for a longtime. It has significant impact and profound meaning for Chinese further development in the future to fulfill the revitalization of the rural life and economy. So how to implement the strategy of rural revitalization is priority among priorities for China.
